At Sussex Ambulance we aim to maintain our high standard of quality and continually look at ways to improve our service and reliability. We are registered members of the British Ambulance Association, of which we adhere to their excellent standard of quality and professionalism.
Availability
Sussex Ambulance operations staff are available 24 hours a day. Should our phone lines be busy, a personal answering service will take your call and contact the duty officer immediately. Our vehicles are fitted with a nationwide communications system, making contact with crews available at all times.
