We may receive information about you from Hospitals , Nurses , careers, Doctors or any body involved with your care trying to book our services. Which we will use to help us to provide you with the products and services in accordance with your requirements. We aim to ensure that all data provided to us is maintained properly. We may also obtain information about you from social media or from third party websites where you have left commentary feedback about ourselves.
How we use your information
We will collect personal information:
1. In order to take the necessary steps in preparation to fulfil your requirements when using our services.

Bookings – provide communications with yourselves or some one involved in your care about your booking

Bookings and updates – contact you or anyone involved in your care in an event of a change that affects your booking i.e. send details of new, amended or cancelled booking.

Payments- we will take card payments over the phone in which we put them into World Pay for processing, once payment in settled all details are destroyed.

Keeping details- Details provided by yourselves or someone associated with your care are kept till the booking is complete and then dry stored within a locked room for 7 years for reference,

Market research – to contact you and others provided with your care to ask about your experience using our services, this would be with in 7 days of using our services and is not a marketing communication.

We will never disclose or pass any personal information to any marketing source. Privacy is our upmost priority due to the delicate nature of our company .
We may send details to potential clients about the services we can offer.

How long we keep your personal information.
We retain your information for a range of purposes which determine the period of time for which we need to keep such information. For example

We will remove and destroy your data from our systems and dry storage by secure shredding and incinerating at the end of these time periods.
